Arrival time from 4.00 p.m. Latest check in 9 p.m. We would ask you to let us know your expected time of arrival please. Departure time by 10.30 a.m. Please let us know if you need an earlier check in time, for a wedding for example, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

All bookings require a deposit of up to 30% of the total booking price to secure the reservation.  We accept cash, and cheques.  BACS payments may be used for both deposits and balances. Full payment required 7 days before commencement of stay.

Car parking is at guests’ risk. It is in a private area between the garden and Handcroft Close.

Regrettably no smoking in the house or garden; no pets.

In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to charge the following:

Within 7 days of commencement of booking, forfeit of the deposit. 

Within 5 days of commencement of booking full payment is taken,except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the owners. 

Please be aware we have 2 small dogs.  They are not allowed in the guest bedroom but are allowed in the sitting room with us.  We are therefore not suitable accommodation for those allergic to dogs.

Our stairs our steep and therefore unfortunately not suitable for disabled guests. 

Regrettably no children under the age of 16.
